Network Operations Engineer

Network Ops Engineer Full time- immediate joiner Banglore - Hybrid 3 days weekly Required Skills & Experience - Technical Proficiency: Broad knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure. Experience with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) is required to support GNS initiatives. Knowledge & skills in server administration (Windows and/or Linux) and Bluecat/DNS concepts and familiarity with virtualization or cloud computing environments. - Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating tasks and managing configurations. Experience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools (such as Ansible, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines) is highly valued, as it aligns with our drive toward automated platform management. - Strong Vulnerability Remediation background- Patching, Assessments, must understand all aspects of network from perimeter to interior systems. - Advanced experience supporting and troubleshooting Firewalls, Palo Alto L5s - Sound familiarity with Cloud Network Architecture - Cisco Switching, Routing and Voice knowledge - Must have experience with Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) - Cisco DNA Center - Bluecat Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Network Ops Engineer to focus on the security environment of a customer's Global Network Services Delivery Team.
