Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Business Development & Digital Marketing About the Role Helen O'Grady International India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Business expansion initiatives across Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, business development and relationship management who can identify high-potential business partners and successfully guide them through the entire Business acquisition journey. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify and engage prospective Business partners through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries. - Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates. - Guide candidates through the evaluation and onboarding process, including territory discussions, documentation and agreement coordination. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Conduct market research and territory analysis to identify expansion opportunities across Mumbai. - Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and sales targets while providing regular reports to management. - Represent the brand at Business expos, networking events and business development meetings when required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and territory planning skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with education, training, retail, hospitality, fitness, or service-based franchise businesses.
