• Achieve branch business, portfolio, and recovery targets.
• Lead branch staff and Customer Relationship Officers.
• Develop business through market assessment and customer acquisition.
• Ensure proper credit appraisal, documentation, disbursement, and recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch operations, cash, reporting, and administration.
• Graduate, preferably in Commerce/Business.
• Atleast 4 years of Branch Management, preferably in Microfinance.
• Leadership, analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
