QualificationsTechnical skills: Installation, maintenance, and repairInspection and troubleshooting skillsExperience in building or construction fields.Ability to document service activities accuratelyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotely when necessaryValid driver's license and reliable transportation2-3 years of technical or similar work-related experience preferred
