Salary range - Junior <3 to 4 yrs INR 4,50,000
Mid < 4 to 6 yrs INR 5,50,000
Job Description:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic troubleshooting
- Manage device lifecycle (allocation, tracking, refresh, decommission)
- Support OS (Windows/Mac), software installation, and patching
- Handle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS/DHCP)
- Use tools like Intune/SCCM for device management
- Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Support onboarding/offboarding and user setup
- Maintain asset and support documentation
- Escalate complex issues to L3 teams
Experience:
- L1: 1–3 years
- L2: 3–5 years
