Chicago, IL 60632 | Onsite Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year | Full-TimeWe are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end closing, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage general ledger entries, month-end close, and bank/account reconciliations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records.Process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and resolve payment discrepancies.Manage cash receipts, customer account reconciliations, and overdue receivables.Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information. xzbcwsv Experience with MAS 90/Sage 100 preferred; Crystal Reports experience is a plus.
