Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for consultative selling and helping professionals achieve their career goals?
We're looking for a Manager – Programme Sales to drive enrolments for premium executive education and certificate programmes.

What You'll Do
-Own enrolment and revenue targets
-Counsel prospective learners and guide them to the right programme
-Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to successful enrolment
-Drive individual and corporate (B2 B) programme sales
-Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics
-Deliver an exceptional learner experience through consultative selling
What We're Looking For
-4–6 years of experience in quota-carrying sales
-Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
-Experience in high-ticket consultative sales, executive education, Ed Tech, Saa S, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or premium B2 B/B2 Csales
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Strong CRM and sales pipeline management experience
