Job Descriptions

• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Method Development and Validation : Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods for pesticide and antibiotic testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Control and Assurance : Ensure the quality of analytical results, implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain laboratory accreditation.
• Client Communication : Communicate technical information to clients, including report results, method development, and analytical issues.
• Resource Allocation : Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient workflow, meet deadlines, and manage workload.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.

Qualification & Experience : B.Sc with 6-10 years of experience in food testing vertical.
