Requirements Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., P.E., Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt). Basic Experience: Minimum 2 years Consulting or Industry experience; consulting experience preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Operations Environment, Consulting or Industry, such as: Chemicals, Consumers Goods/Food PointPoint, Excel), gain expertise in additional IT applications (PowerBI, Tableau), communicate clearly using horizontal/vertical logic. Professional Competencies: Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential is critical to this position. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Maintain a professional presence with fluent proficiency; excel in meeting participation and presentations. Work Environment: Type of role: Full-Time - Remote. Travel: 80-100%, on-site client location(s). Client environments: may require standing and/or walking for long periods. Compensation: The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At EFESO, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $85.000-$125.000.
