Effora is building a next-generation Beauty & Wellness brand focused on science-backed, high-efficacy products across hair, beauty and wellness. We are looking for a high-ownership operator to work directly with the Founder and help scale the business through strong execution.
Role
Be the Founder's execution partner across revenue, GTM, launches, growth, analytics, AI automation and company-wide priorities.
What You'll Own
Drive GTM, launches and strategic growth initiatives end to end Track revenue targets, team KPIs and execution across functions Build dashboards, analyse performance and identify growth gaps Coordinate Brand, Growth, E-commerce, Operations and CX to ensure closure Use AI and automation to improve workflows and team productivity Research and execute new channels, partnerships and revenue opportunities Step into anything critical that needs to get doneSuccess Looks Like
Revenue targets move in the right direction Launches happen faster and better Teams consistently achieve KPIs Projects move from idea → execution → closure Bottlenecks get solved before they become problems More of the company runs through systems, data and automationWho We're Looking For
Someone with 3–5 years in Founder's Office, Growth, Strategy, Consulting or startups who is analytical, commercially sharp, extremely proactive and obsessed with getting things done.
You should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, using AI as a daily working tool, challenging teams on outcomes and taking ownership without waiting for instructions.
