We're Hiring | International Business Development Manager – Ceramic Tiles

Location: Ahmedabad

International Markets: GCC | Africa | Europe | CIS | Americas | APAC

We are looking for experienced International Business Development Managers to drive export business and take complete ownership of assigned international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, acquire and develop international buyers – Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retail Chains, Project Contractors & Specification Channels Own revenue and gross profit for the assigned territory Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, quotation, negotiation and closure Handle international trade terms including CIF, FOB, LC and DP Convert trial orders into repeat and multi-container business Develop strong, long-term relationships with international buyers Coordinate with operations for order execution, quality, shade-lot consistency and shipment timelines Participate in international buyer visits and trade fairs Maintain an updated sales pipeline and market intelligence in CRM

What We're Looking For:

6–10 years of experience in Ceramic Tile Exports with proven international sales experience Strong personal network of active international buyers – this is a core requirement Proven track record of closing export orders and growing market volumes Strong understanding of export pricing, documentation, freight, payment terms and claims Good product knowledge of GVT, PGVT, Double Charge, Large Format, Wall & Floor Tiles Ability to discuss tile sizes, finishes and grades with technical buyers Willingness to travel internationally as required Knowledge of Arabic, French, Spanish or other relevant languages will be an advantage Candidates currently working with Morbi-based manufacturers are welcome, subject to relocation to Ahmedabad
