Work extensively within design systems using components, variants and tokens
Apply and maintain semantic tokens (color, typography, spacing, states)
Ensure consistency, scalability and reusability across products
Leverage modern Figma capabilities: auto-layout, variables, component properties and Dev Mode.
Prototyping and interaction design
Create interactive prototypes to communicate flows, states and design intent
Use prototyping as a collaboration tool with designers, engineers and stakeholders
Explore motion and interaction patterns to enhance usability where relevant
Production quality and collaboration
Own the visual polish and production readiness of all design deliverables
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and implementation-ready
