ABOUT THE ROLE: Newhaven Display is seekin g a Senior Quality Engi neer to support product quality, supplier quality, customer quality issues, and continuous improvement initiatives across our display product portfolio. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that combines technical troubleshooting, failure analysis, supplier management, and quality system support. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Production, customers, and suppliers to investigate product issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience working with electronic assemblies, PCBAs, electromechanical products, or similar technologies and is comfortable moving between the lab, production floor, supplier discussions, and customer communications.
