A client may come to us for one policy and discover they need a more complete picture of their coverage. Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is hiring a Florida 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent who can understand those needs, recommend suitable options, and build relationships that last beyond the initial sale.
The roleYou will work with both new and existing clients, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person. You’ll quote and sell insurance products, follow up with leads, manage renewals, and help clients with endorsements and policy changes.You’ll also look for appropriate additional coverage and keep client and policy information accurate in the agency management system. This is a sales role, so you should enjoy developing new business as well as looking after the clients you already know.
What you’ll bringAn active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License is required. Insurance agency experience is preferred. Experience with homeowners insurance, general liability, or EZLynx is a plus.We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized through multiple client requests, and follows up when they say they will. You should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with the rest of the team.
Pay and opportunityThis position offers a base salary plus bonus, with target total annual earnings of $60,000 to $100,000. Benefits are available after the probationary period. You’ll join an established Delray Beach agency with opportunities for career development as the team grows. xzbcwsv
