Job Role & Responsibilities
Role:
Support entire design lifecycle of two wheeler exterior/plastics/Trims which includes the following stages
Sound knowledge of Body Parts/Exterior/Panels and trim design. Proficient in CAD UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent PLM software Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination & Benchmarking. Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in Plastic design Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc Technical/ Functional:
Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fenders, fairing assembly, seats, side panels etc. Good understanding & awareness of new technologies in vehicle interior design Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements Good communication skill 5
