Marquis Advertising & Marketing is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop relationships with brands, corporates and advertising agencies.
• Pitch and sell our diverse OOH advertising solutions , including hoardings, billboards, gantries, DOOH/LED screens and other outdoor media.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and customised media plans based on client requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and client servicing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in OOH/Outdoor Advertising, Media, Advertising or Corporate Sales .
• Strong understanding of the OOH advertising ecosystem will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business closures.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• An existing network within brands, corporates or agencies would be an advantage.
