Operation Head- Motor

Business Unit: EPSMobility Role: Operation Head - Motor The Manufacturing Line Manager will lead daily operations of one or more EV traction motor production lines, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing. You will manage shift teams, drive OEE/FPY, meet OTIF delivery, control scrap and costs, and collaborate cross?functionally (ME, Maintenance, SQE, Quality, EHS) to stabilize and scale production from pilot to mass manufacture.
