Position - Instructional Designer Job Location - Bengaluru Summary Description The Instructional Designer drives the production of professional learning (PL) materials to enable our team to maximize learning impact. This position develops comprehensive and engaging PL materials to support educators with the implementation of products in the company portfolio Essential Job Functions • Develop PL materials to be used by professional learning specialists, preparing them to deliver onsite and virtual PL sessions. This includes the creation of new materials and also updating materials as products change, ensuring all PL specialists are kept up to date with the most current information • Build asynchronous, online PL content to support educators with the implementation of products in the company
