Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Generate and convert leads into successful closures
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Update CRM and maintain sales reports Key Skills Required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
• Good understanding of the real estate sales process
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel Experience Required
• 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred
• Candidates from the Real Estate industry only Compensation
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000
