International Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are hiring passionate and customer-centric professionals for our International Contact Centre team supporting banking operations. The role involves handling inbound customer queries, delivering exceptional service, resolving client concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional, and accurate resolutions.
• Respond to customer queries through voice and written communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, mortgages, consumer lending, account information, and services.
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently using workflow and case management tools.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
• Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Educational Qualification

• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, Contact Centre, or BPO operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
• Ability to adapt to a 24x7 international customer service environment.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
