Role Description

The Senior Credentialing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town, responsible for overseeing and executing provider credentialing and enrollment activities for healthcare clients. This role manages end-to-end credentialing processes, including gathering provider information, completing applications, tracking statuses, and maintaining accurate records for multiple insurance networks and facilities. The Senior Credentialing Executive coordinates with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve issues, prevent delays, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing documentation, monitoring expirations, updating credentialing databases, and generating reports on credentialing progress and timelines. The role also contributes to process improvement, supports training of junior team members, and ensures that client expectations for accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in provider credentialing and enrollment processes, including experience with multiple insurance networks, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
• Solid understanding of medical billing workflows, revenue cycle management basics, and payer requirements to support integrated credentialing and billing operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations, including HIPAA and relevant payer and governmental guidelines.
• Proficiency in using credentialing software, practice management systems, and common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, document management).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead credentialing role, ideally within a medical billing or healthcare services organization.
• Ability to work on-site in Johar Town, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support mentoring or training of junior staff.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
