Partnering with business leaders across the organization, the full-time Risk Consultant will identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, regulatory, and technology-related risks while providing practical guidance to strengthen risk management practices in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate various risks while supporting sound business decisions and organizational objectives Lead risk management activities, including risk assessments, control reviews, and oversight within the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework Analyze risk data and trends to identify emerging risks, communicate findings, and drive risk-related projects and process improvements Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related industry, with 2+ years in Enterprise Risk, Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and risk-related systems and tools
