Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Cincinnati team and looking for an Events Assistant to support our face-to-face marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a lively environment, and wants to develop valuable professional skills.
You'll represent our clients at events, retail locations, and promotional venues, connecting with the public and helping interested individuals become new customers or supporters. No previous experience is required, and full training is provided.
What You'll DoRepresent client campaigns at events, retail locations, and promotional activities across CincinnatiEngage with members of the public and communicate campaign messages clearlyAssist interested individuals with customer or supporter sign-upsHelp create a welcoming and professional experience at each campaign locationWork toward daily goals alongside your teamParticipate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve performance
