Ready to join our epic growth journey?What we are looking forWe are seeking an Engagement Lead-Analytics to manage end-to-end incentive compensation processes, drive operational excellence, and enhance client collaboration. This role requires a strategic professional with expertise in IC process management, data analysis, and sales performance optimization to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverablesWhat you will doEnd-to-End IC Process Management: Oversee and execute the entire incentive compensation process from sales crediting and IC plan design to goal setting and bonus calculations.Input File Creation: Develop and maintain the input files for the IC system, including raw sales data, goals, alignment, and eligibility criteria.Output File Generation: Produce client-ready deliverables such as IC reports, scorecards, HQ reports, and other key outputs.Client Collaboration: Work closely with US HC clients to understand deliverable requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every report.Continuous Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine IC processes and integrate best practices, driving operational excellence.Must Have5 to 7 years of experience in Incentive Compensation (IC)process management.Strong knowledge of sales crediting, IC plans, goal setting, and bonus calculations.Expertise in creating input files for IC systems, including raw sales, goals, alignment, and eligibility data.Proven ability to generate IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy and compliance. xzbcwsv Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.
