TCS is hiring for Incentive Compenstation (Use Case 3)

Exp: 8+ years

Location: Kolkata

Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation processes. Experience with ICM platforms such as SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud), Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, or Anaplan. Knowledge of commission calculations, quotas, credits, and bonus structures. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with Excel, reporting, and dashboard tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of ETL/data integration processes. Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) concepts. Certification in relevant ICM platforms is a plus
