As our Human Resources Generalist, you'll help create meaningful experiences for employees and candidates alike. From welcoming new hires on their first day to representing System Logistics Corporation at large career fairs and community events, you'll serve as a trusted resource, culture champion, and ambassador for our organization. This is not a role for someone who prefers to work behind the scenes. It's a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day.
What You'll DoAs an HR Generalist, you will:
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experienceServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR programs, policies, and processesSupport employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activitiesConduct employee check-ins and gather feedback to help improve the overall employee experienceAssist with employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding activitiesCreate and maintain employee communications, presentations, guides, and HR resourcesSupport performance management, training administration, employee surveys, and reporting activitiesPartner with leaders to strengthen communication, engagement, and retention effortsParticipate in recruiting activities, including career fairs and talent attraction initiativesHelp maintain accurate employee records and HR documentationProvide support in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related projects as needed

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, HR administration, compliance, or a related areaExperience working with HRIS systems and employee records managementStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to confidentialityStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
