We are looking for a hybrid AI Creative Strategist & Video Editor who understands the magic behind high-performing social media ads. This isn't just a traditional editing job. You will be responsible for spotting winning ad trends across the internet, dissecting why they work, and using cutting-edge AI tools to "remix" and recreate them into high-converting video assets for our product.

If you have a killer eye for design, live on the internet, and use AI to speed up your creative output, we want you on our team in Pune. What You'll Do

Trend Spotting: Scour Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Facebook Ad Library to identify viral hooks and high-performing ad formats. The AI Remix: Take winning concepts and recreate them using a mix of generative AI tools (video, imagery, and voiceovers). End-to-End Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos with sharp pacing, text animations, and strong visual hooks. Iterate on Data: Collaborate with our growth team to look at ad performance metrics. What We're Looking For Experience: ~3 years of experience editing short-form video content, preferably for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), E-commerce, or Performance Marketing brands. The Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in standard video tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Cap Cut Pro). The AI Workflow: Hands-on experience with generative AI tools to accelerate production (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Eleven Labs, Chat GPT, etc.). The Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, tight pacing, understanding of layout, and social-first design.
