High Risk Labor and Delivery Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking a High Risk Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide specialized care for high-acuity obstetric patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this role, you’ll assess and monitor high-risk mothers and infants, manage complications, assist with inductions, high-risk deliveries, and surgical procedures, and respond to obstetric emergencies. You’ll collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and support staff while educating families, documenting care, and upholding evidence-based, patient-first safety standards.
