Your Mission:

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our production equipment to ensure the reliability and maintainability. You won't just keep the wheels turning, you'll fine-tune the engine of our operations for peak performance!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Champion and execute cutting-edge maintenance strategies for all production equipment.
• Ensure preventative maintenance (PMs) are completed on time with minimal impact on production.
• Lead the charge toward a world-class maintenance operation by implementing industry best practices.
• Train, mentor, and empower your maintenance team to grow and succeed.
• Strategically manage and optimize the maintenance department budget.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong technical ability with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems.
• Clear communicator, natural multitasker, and proactive problem-solver.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder required.
