Lift Optics is a digital lens lab that makes lenses and glasses for eye care practices. We're growing, and we're looking for someone motivated to grow with us.

This is an in-person role at our Toms River lab. You'll learn the business hands-on, and I'll train you directly.

What the job looks like

You'll take care of our existing accounts by answering questions, solving problems, and keeping customers happy. You'll also help bring in new practices, so you should enjoy reaching out to people and building relationships.

Day to day

• Support our accounts and be their main point of contact

• Connect with eye care practices and bring on new accounts

• Help with marketing and outreach

• Follow up on leads and keep conversations moving

• Learn our products and how the lab works

You might be a fit if you

• Have at least 3 years of experience in optical (optician, lab, or practice)

• Are motivated and enjoy sales

• Like talking to people and building relationships

• Want a long-term career, not just a job

Pay

$55,000 to $70,000 base salary plus commission. The more business you bring in, the more you earn.
