Position summary This role leads tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and estates. You'll be a primary point of contact for clients, bringing proactive planning ideas, not just compliance. You'll work directly with partners and senior managers and help develop junior staff.
What you'll doLead private client engagements and balance competing deadlinesReview complex individual, gift, estate, and trust income tax returnsAdvise high-net-worth clients on tax planning and solutionsServe as a primary client contact and build long-term relationshipsUse technology to automate internal and client processesMentor and develop junior team members
What you bringActive CPA license5+ years of public accounting tax experience (7+ preferred)Expertise in individual, gift, estate, and trust income tax complianceExperience advising clients and explaining xzbcwsv technical issues clearlyStrong engagement, team leadership, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Nice to haves1+ year in a senior manager roleExperience improving processes with tax technology
