About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to design engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences for students and professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, assessment creation, curriculum development, and e-learning methodologies to create industry-relevant learning pathways. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and developers to create high-quality digital learning content that emphasizes practical skills, real-world problem solving, and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end learning pathways for technical and non-technical domains.
• Develop engaging learning content, including concepts, examples, activities, assessments, assignments, mini-projects, and capstone projects.
• Create high-quality assessment content, including MCQs, coding challenges, case studies, scenario-based questions, and practical exercises.
• Design learner-centric experiences based on instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Define learning objectives, outcomes, competency levels, and evaluation criteria for every course.
• Develop assessment strategies aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy and industry skill requirements.
• Review and validate content for technical accuracy, instructional quality, and learner engagement.
• Maintain and continuously improve question banks, learning resources, and assessment repositories.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), UI/UX designers, and development teams to implement learning experiences on the platform.
• Analyze learner performance and assessment data to improve course effectiveness.
• Ensure consistency in content structure, quality, and instructional standards across all learning pathways.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and modern e-learning practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Curriculum Development, or E-learning.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing competency-based learning programs.
• Excellent content writing, editing, and documentation skills.
• Experience developing assessments, assignments, and practical learning activities.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
• Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy, Adult Learning Principles, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
• Experience designing technical learning content (Programming, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Embedded Systems, Data Science, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and adaptive learning methodologies.
• Understanding of gamification, learner engagement strategies, and assessment analytics.
• Experience working with educational institutions, EdTech platforms, or corporate training programs.
