Job Title: SAP MDG Consultant

Location: PAN India

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP MM experience and strong exposure to Business Blueprint (BBP) documentation in at least one implementation or rollout project. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle , experience documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes and gap analysis , and knowledge of SAP MM integration with FI .

This is a documentation-heavy functional role requiring proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint , along with strong documentation, articulation, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as an SAP MM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Materials Management processes.
• Prepare and maintain Business Blueprint (BBP) documentation for SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and perform detailed gap analysis .
• Analyze and document the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and related SAP MM processes.
• Understand and document SAP MM integration with SAP FI and related business processes.
• Prepare functional documentation and process flows using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
• Support documentation activities for implementation, rollout, audit, compliance, and template-based SAP projects .
• Maintain accurate and structured project documentation throughout the implementation or rollout lifecycle.
• Support SAP Solution Manager documentation activities, where applicable.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and ensure clear articulation of functional requirements.
• Support analysis and documentation of release strategies, pricing procedures, and account determination .
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, consistent, and aligned with project standards.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams for requirement clarification, documentation reviews, follow-ups, and closure of open items.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance-related documentation activities where required.
