About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Quant Research, Trading, Infrastructure, and Business Operations. The role requires strong project execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver strategic initiatives in a fast-paced quantitative trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, trading, quant, and business teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
• Improve project management processes and ensure effective documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in technology or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tool.
• Experience in trading, fintech, or capital markets is preferred.
