Position: Strategic Partnerships Lead/ Business Development Executive

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: MBA (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy or related field preferred)

Salary: ₹3–5 LPA

Travel: Required as per business needs

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support business growth by building partnerships with universities, colleges, corporates, pharmaceutical companies, government institutions, and industry associations.

The candidate will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, generating leads, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, managing stakeholder relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, and research.
• Build relationships with universities, corporates, and other organizations.
• Coordinate meetings and discussions between prospects and the CEO.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and partnership closures.
• Track leads, proposals, MoUs, and business opportunities.
• Support LinkedIn activities, content coordination, and professional networking.
• Work towards partnership and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Corporate Relations, or B2B Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with senior management and decision-makers.
• Lead generation and relationship management experience.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn networking and professional communication.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
