Business Unit: EPSMobility Role: Quality Head-Motor The Quality Manager/Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining world?class quality systems for EV traction motors —covering stator, rotor, and motor assembly processes. The role ensures IATF 16949 compliance, drives APQP/PPAP , leads problem solving and customer quality , manages SQE , and ensures all products meet safety, reliability, and performance standards.
