Based in Bangalore, we partner with some of India's most exciting brands to create engaging event experiences and memorable consumer interactions. The Role – Client Servicing (Assistant Manager)

You will be the dedicated owner of our key client accounts — managing relationships, leading event project execution, and driving revenue growth across experiential events, activations, and branded campaigns.

This is a client-facing leadership role with P& L ownership and requires strong experience handling end-to-end event and activation delivery. Please Read Before Applying

This role is exclusively for professionals with agency-side experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Retail Activations, or Event Production environments.

Profiles from advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, branding agencies, media agencies, or brand-side marketing teams will not be considered. What You'll Own

End-to-end key account relationships — acting as the single point of contact for clients across event and activation projects

Complete event execution lifecycle — from client brief and concept alignment through planning, production, and on-ground delivery

P& L ownership, budget management, and revenue forecasting for assigned event accounts

Upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and event contract renewals

Coordination across creative, production, fabrication, operations, and vendor teams to deliver seamless event experiences What We're Looking For

4–6 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events / Experiential / Brand Activation agency (mandatory)

Proven track record independently managing high-value event clients and multi-format experiential campaigns

Strong project management skills — comfortable managing multiple events and activations simultaneously

Understanding of event execution timelines, production coordination, and client stakeholder management

Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini) in day-to-day workflow

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or Communications — MBA preferred WHAT WE OFFER

CTC up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience)

P& L ownership with real leadership exposure
