Role Description The Draftsperson will support architects and designers by preparing detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation for various projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include converting conceptual designs into accurate plans, sections, elevations, and 3D representations as needed, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes. The role involves coordinating with the design team to incorporate feedback, updating drawings throughout the project lifecycle, and organizing drawing sets for client presentations and approvals. This is a full-time role based in Kozhikode, requiring close collaboration with the core design team and participation in internal reviews and project discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar) and familiarity with 2D and 3D drawing techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into clear, detailed construction drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of building materials, basic structural and MEP coordination, and relevant building codes and standards.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and consistency in line weights, layers, and drawing organization.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with architects, designers, and other project stakeholders.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field; prior experience in an architectural firm is an advantage.
• Interest in sustainable design and willingness to learn and grow within a multidisciplinary, design-focused environment.
