Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site)

Experience: 1+ year

Reports to: Founder & CTO

Employment type: Full-time

Qualification:

• Fluent English is a must
• 1 Year of experience in IT or Cybersecurity.
• Should have BBA or MBA degree.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn, industry directories, and referrals

- Qualify leads based on compliance needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

Conversions and Deal Closure:

- Conduct discovery calls to understand client's cybersecurity and compliance challenges.

- Present Ownux Global's services tailored to client needs.

- Prepare customized proposals with scope, timelines, and pricing.

- Handle objections and negotiate

Revenue Collection Coordination:

- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure invoices are raised on time

- Follow up with clients for payment

- Send payment reminders and track payment status

- Escalate overdue payments

Client Relationship Management:

- Respond to prospects within the provided time.

- Maintain follow-up cadence for warm leads.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Request testimonials and referrals from satisfied clients.
