Position Summary 

The Structural Steel Fabrication Foreman is responsible for leading fabrication crews and overseeing daily shop operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise fabrication personnel 
• Promote safety culture 
• Monitor production schedules 
• Review fabrication drawings 
• Maintain quality standards 
• Coach and train team members 
• Collaborate with management and engineering 
• Assist with workforce planning 

Qualifications 

Required: 5+ years structural steel fabrication experience, leadership experience, blueprint reading skills, strong communication and organizational abilities.
