✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the café team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily café/kiosk operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts.
• Serve gelato, shakes, beverages, and café food items with consistency, precision, and a friendly attitude.
• Attend to customers courteously, handle queries professionally, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable customer experience.
• Operate and supervise POS transactions, cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and billing accuracy.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of café food items, ensuring quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across the outlet.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared food items.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks of products and packaging materials, and report shortages to the Store Manager.
• Plan and coordinate staff shift schedules and ensure timely opening and closing of the outlet.
• Drive sales through upselling, product recommendations, free sampling, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in F&B, retail, or hospitality, with prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Language: Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Leadership: Strong interpersonal, team management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, responsible, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
• Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
• Preferred Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

Shift Timings

Amore Kochi (Café)

• Full-Time: Rotational shifts (1:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
