A well-established managed care company is looking to hire an experienced HEDIS Registered Nurses for a 6-month temporary opportunity in New York City.
This is a great opportunity for an RN with hands-on HEDIS review experience who enjoys clinical data analysis, quality improvement, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Downtown Manhattan Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Duration: 6 months, with potential for permanent placement
Responsibilities:Conduct HEDIS medical record reviews and clinical data abstractionValidate supplemental data and ensure clinical data accuracyReview records across multiple EMR systemsSupport HEDIS reporting, regulatory submissions, and quality improvement initiativesMaintain confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy while meeting deadlines
Requirements:Active RN license; ASN or BSN acceptedAt least 1 year of HEDIS medical record review experience spanning more than one HEDIS seasonManaged care and/or MLTC experience preferred xzbcwsv Comfortable navigating multiple EMR systems, including eClinicalWorks (ECW)Experience with HEDIS measures such as:Breast Cancer Screening (BCS-E)Colorectal Cancer Screening (COL-E)Eye Exam for Patients with Diabetes (EED)Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
