Location: Gurgaon / Noida

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver a premium in-store customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, premium, luxury, grocery, or organized retail , with hands-on expertise in store operations, team management, inventory, POS, customer service, and store-level profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & P&L
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including opening/closing, stock availability, hygiene, and compliance.
- Own store-level P&L , driving sales and profitability while controlling shrinkage, wastage, and manpower costs.
- Ensure smooth POS operations, billing, and cash management .
- Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve operational and financial performance.
Team & Customer Experience
- Lead, train, and manage the complete store team, including Assistant Managers, Associates, Cashiers, VM/CX, and backstore staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and a premium in-store experience.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Inventory & Coordination
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and stock turnover.
- Coordinate with the central warehouse/DC for stock replenishment and indenting.
- Conduct inventory audits and implement measures to minimize wastage and shrinkage.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and movement of products.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in FMCG, grocery, premium, luxury, or organized retail is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising .
- Strong P&L, sales, team management, and customer service skills.
- Experience in shrinkage, wastage, and cost control.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Willingness to work store hours, including weekends.
