We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager – Growth & Acquisition

Experience: 3–6 Years | Kolkata

At INVESMATE Group, we're building a stronger performance-driven growth engine across multiple brands. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid acquisition, solve campaign problems and scale what works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns Own budgets, targeting, campaign structure and scaling Drive lead generation and customer acquisition Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS & conversion rates Analyze campaign performance and identify the why behind the numbers Test audiences, creatives, offers and acquisition strategies Analyze the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Customer Work with creative, content, sales and web teams to improve performance Use tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tracking and analytics

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR--

Strong hands-on expertise in: Meta Ads | Google Ads | Lead Generation | Campaign Scaling | Analytics | Funnel Optimization Experience in Ed Tech, Fin Tech, Saa S, D2 C or Performance Marketing Agencies is a plus.
