Head of Experience & Training Centre

Lifetime Health Care Plus is a digital healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're building a dedicated Training Centre and looking for a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations.

What you'll do

• Design and run a structured Training Centre covering clinical skills, soft skills, and service etiquette for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers.
• Build the onboarding/induction training journey for new hires, including simulation-based learning.
• Own the patient/family experience strategy — journey mapping, service standards, and satisfaction tracking (NPS/CSAT).
• Turn patient feedback and complaints into targeted training interventions.
• Develop a train-the-trainer model to scale training delivery.
• Partner with Quality and HR teams to align training with credentialing and compliance cycles.

What we're looking for

• 6-10 years in clinical training, L&D, or patient/customer experience — healthcare or home-healthcare background preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based workforce.
• Prior ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills.
