Dynatrace Administrator

We are specifically looking for experienced professionals (5 years) with strong hands-on expertise in Dynatrace administration and platform ownership in large enterprise environments. Only. (MUST HAVE) Core Requirement (Very Important): We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience, including: ✔ OneAgent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management ✔ ActiveGate setup, clustering & routing ✔ Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture ✔ Service & process detection rules, request attributes ✔ Alerting, problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape ✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation ✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration ✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira) Mandatory Experience: ✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade ✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership ✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes) ✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP ✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction ✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance Note : This role requires hands-on configuration, Troubleshooting & Tracing expertise. Profiles limited to monitoring, alert handling, or L1/L2 support may not align with this requirement.
