PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for this role, you must be based in India and have deep experience with talking to US clients on a regular basis regarding their revenue cycle management. You do not need that much formal management experience as much as profound experience in actually dealing with USA-based clients daily, during US business hours.

We're a group of physicians based in the USA.

We're starting a separate company in India to run our revenue cycle. It starts with our own practices. Once it works, we sell it to our friends and colleagues across the country.

We need one person to run all of it. Head of all operations in India.

• You'll interface with US clients every day.
• You'll build the team in India and make sure it delivers.
• You'll be trusted with the money and the reputation of physicians who trust us.

This requires a high-integrity leader who executes. Not someone who manages. Someone who owns. We think long-term. This is for someone who always knew they were meant for building greatness, and wants to do the best and most lasting work of their life with us.

There's a saying: to find a thousand soldiers is easy. To find one general is hard.

We're looking for the general.

In-office in India, US hours. Founder-level base, bonus, equity.
