Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in hospital wards, clinics, or specialized departments. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist in treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff. Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions. Support infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Nursing (recognized by Singapore Nursing Board). Valid nursing license / registration (SNB registration preferred or willingness to obtain). Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience. Good command of English (spoken and written). Compassionate, patient, and able to work in shifts. Candidates with relevant work experience in medical/surgical, ICU, or community nursing preferred.
