b Overview /b p In this role you will launch and own the HR Operations division within an established recruitment consultancy. You will hold P L responsibility and shape the division’s strategy, performance, and profitability. You’ll build and lead a team while sustaining your own billings and expanding client accounts. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
