What You’ll DoClaims Operations & LeadershipOversee daily claims processing operations and departmental workflowEnsure accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround standards are consistently metHire, train, coach, and develop Claims Department employeesAssign work, evaluate performance, and support employee developmentEstablish and maintain claims processing policies, procedures, and guidelinesClaims Systems & ReportingMaintain and update health plans within the claims processing systemCoordinate system updates, new edits, fee schedules, and coding changesGenerate and review productivity and performance reportsMonitor processing standards, timelines, and workflow distributionStay current on industry regulations and changes affecting claims processingWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious claims supervision, management, or related leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of claims administration, regulations, and processing systemsExcellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProfessional written, verbal, and presentation skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding preferredCollege degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferredReady to Get Started? xzbcwsv If you’re an experienced claims professional ready to lead a team and make an impact on departmental performance, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today!#HIACC
